I have the highest regard for Debbie. She is very professional, smart, kind, and cheerful; she is a pleasure to work with. Debbie was always available and quick to respond to my phone calls. Debbie sold my home and also found me a new home. I had a long list of health requirements for my new place, and Debbie was very understanding and diligent about showing me homes that met my strict criteria. I highly recommend Debbie!
Debbie is an incredibly hard-working agent who really had my best interests at heart. She kept her finger on the pulse of my neighborhood and market conditions and kept me up to date and informed. She was available at any and all times to answer my questions. She hosted open houses and followed up with visitors and any person or agent who toured my home. When it came down to offers and negotiation, she was tough. I felt that Debbie did not just want to get a sale closed; she wanted me to get the sale price I wanted for my home. And she did just that. Very skillfully. I am impressed!
